• Trip details, pricing, and availability are managed by the Organizers.
4. Payments and Fees
• Users agree to pay all fees associated with booking group trips through the Platform.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. The Platform is not responsible for issues arising during payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation policies vary by Organizer .It is the User’s responsibility to review and agree to these terms before booking.
• Refund requests must be directed to the Organizer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. User Responsibilities
• Users agree to behave respectfully and lawfully during trips and when using the Platform.
• Users are prohibited from posting false information, harassing other Users, or engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
• The Platform is not liable for disputes, injuries, cancellations, or damages arising from trips or interactions between Users and Organizers.
• The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of User-generated content or trip descriptions.
8. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Cosmic Scanner and may not be used without permission.
9. Privacy Policy
