DAY 1
- Arrive at Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport.
- Check-in to the designated hotel and take time to acclimatize to the high altitude.
- In the evening, explore the Leh Market for local handicrafts, visit the historic Leh Palace and enjoy a peaceful sunset at Shanti Stupa (on your own).
- Return to the hotel for the dinner.
DAY 2
- After breakfast, embark on a ride to Sham Valley.
- Visit the mesmerizing Confluence of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers, the highest river rafting point in the world.
- Experience the gravitational anomaly at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to roll uphill in neutral gear.
- Pay homage at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and enjoy a langar.
- Return to Leh and enjoy a hearty dinner.
DAY 3
- Enjoy breakfast and gear up for the ride to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass, the world’s second highest motorable road. As you descend, reach the scenic Nubra Valley, known for its white sand dunes. Experience a ride on the unique double-humped Bactrian camels (if time permits). Settle into your campsite and enjoy dinner under a starstudded sky.
DAY 4
- After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Pangong Lake via the Shyok River route.
- Arrive at Pangong Lake, one of the highest altitude saline
- lakes, known for its changing hues from blue to green to red.
- Capture the iconic Bollywood moment with the 3 Idiots scooter.
- Enjoy an overnight stay at a lakeside campsite, soaking in the tranquility.
DAY 5
- Start your journey along the cobalt edges of Pangong lake, passing through Maan, Merak and Chushul.
- Pay tribute at the Rezang La War Memorial, dedicated to the heroes of the 1962 Indo-China War.
- Continue to the remote village of Hanle, home to the world’s second-largest observatory.
- Witness a surreal night sky in Hanle, where galaxies and constellations shine vividly.
DAY 6
- Take an exciting trip to Umling La Pass, the highest
- motorable road in the world.
- Enjoy the stunning views of the rough landscape and capture some amazing photos to remember your adventure.
- Spend some peaceful moments in the calm surroundings.
- Head back to Hanle for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
DAY 7
- Wake up to the stunning vistas of the Changthang Plateau.
- Visit the natural hot springs of Chumathang for a relaxing
- break.
- En route, explore the magnificent Thiksey Monastery and the renowned Rancho School (if time permits).
- Arrive in Leh, where you’ll enjoy a farewell dinner and reminisce about the adventure.
