Exclusions
- GST and TCS: 5% GST and 5% TCS (Tax Collected at Source) are applicable extra.
- Food and Beverages Not Included: Any food or beverages not included in the package such as alcoholic drinks, mineral water, or meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
- Additional Meals and Beverages: Lunch or any extra meals and beverages not mentioned in the package.
- Activities and Entrance Fees: Any activities, including river rafting, hot stone baths, or monument entrance fees.
- Personal Expenses: Personal expenses like tips to drivers, camera/video camera charges, laundry, telephone bills, and other incidental costs.
- Unforeseen Costs Due to Natural Calamities: Any costs arising due to natural calamities (e.g., landslides, roadblocks) will be borne directly by the customer on the spot.
- Policy Changes and Delays: Costs arising due to changes in tourism policies between Bhutan and India or delays in flight timings. While TrekPanda will do its best to minimize any impacts, we are not responsible for such incidents.
- Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to any monuments or sites are not included in the package.

DAY 1
- Welcome to Bhutan – The Land of the Thunder Dragons!
- Your journey begins upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, where you will be warmly greeted by our team. From there, we will drive you to Phuentsholing, the bustling border town of Bhutan. As you approach Hashimara, catch the first glimpses of the majestic Himalayan mountains, signaling the start of your beautiful journey ahead.
- Upon arrival, we will assist you with the necessary procedures for obtaining your Bhutan Entry Permit, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free entry into the kingdom.
Day 2
- After a hearty breakfast, we begin the day with the immigration process, followed by a scenic drive from Phuentsholing to Thimphu, Bhutan's enchanting capital. The journey will take you through breathtaking landscapes, offering glimpses of Bhutan’s natural beauty.
- On the Way:
- Kharbandi Gompa: Our first stop will be the Kharbandi Gompa, also known as Rinchending Gompa, a historic Buddhist monastery built with the guidance of the great Queen Mother, Ashi Phuntsho Choden. This peaceful spot offers panoramic views of the surrounding valley.
- Chuzom Bridge: We will make a brief stop at Chuzom Bridge, where you can enjoy the stunning confluence of the Paro and Wangchu rivers. The sight is truly mesmerizing and a great spot for photos.
- Lunch in Paro: After taking in the views, we’ll stop for a delicious lunch in Paro before continuing our journey to Thimphu.
- Upon arrival in Thimphu, check-in to your hotel, freshen up, and head out for a leisurely walk through the capital. Spend the evening exploring the city’s vibrant cafes, markets, and bustling nightlife. Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the local eateries.
DAY 3
- Rise and Shine! Today, get ready for an immersive journey through the rich heritage, culture, and natural beauty of Bhutan as we explore Thimphu and make our way to the picturesque Punakha.
- Morning Highlights:
- Giant Buddha Statue: Begin your day with awe-inspiring views of the Giant Buddha Statue, a 54-meter Shakyamuni Buddha statue that shines bright under the morning sun. Constructed to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Bhutan’s fourth king, this stunning statue is one of the largest in the world.
- Simply Bhutan Museum: Next, we’ll visit the Simply Bhutan Museum, a living museum that offers a glimpse into the country’s vibrant heritage. Explore Bhutan’s history, culture, beliefs, and more in this interactive space that brings the traditions of Bhutan to life.

Afternoon Journey to Punakha:
- Scenic Drive to Punakha: After immersing ourselves in the cultural wealth of Thimphu.
- Dochula Pass (10,200ft): For nature lovers, Dochula Pass is a must-visit. At an altitude of 10,200 feet, this mountain pass is adorned with 108 stupas, each representing a fallen soldier. The breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains make it a perfect spot for photos.
- Chemi Lhakang Temple: We will visit the Chemi Lhakang Temple, also known as the fertility temple.
- Punakha Suspension Bridge: Lastly, we’ll visit the Punakha Suspension Bridge, Bhutan's longest suspension bridge at 180 meters. This remarkable bridge, hanging over the Po Chu river, offers spectacular views and is lined with thousands of fluttering prayer flags. , rivers considered sacred in Bhutan.

DAY 4
- A beautiful day awaits you! After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will set out to explore the wonders of Punakha before making our way to Paro.

- Punakha Dzong: Our first stop will be the awe-inspiring Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most magnificent fortresses.

- Lunch En-route: After visiting the Punakha Dzong, we will head towards Paro, with a delicious lunch stop along the way.
- Paro Market: Upon reaching Paro, take a stroll through the bustling Paro Market, located in the heart of the town.

- Paro Nightlife: After checking in at your hotel, head out to Paro’s main market to experience the vibrant nightlife.

DAY 5
- On the fifth day of your trip, get ready for an unforgettable experience as you explore the stunning sights of Paro, starting with the world-renowned Tiger's Nest Monastery (Paro Taktsang).

- Tiger’s Nest Monastery Hike: After breakfast, we will embark on a moderate-level hike to the Tiger's Nest Monastery, perched on the edge of a cliff at an altitude of 3,120 meters.
- Overnight Stay: Enjoy a restful night at your hotel in Paro.
DAY 6
- Start your day with a hearty breakfast as we begin our journey back to Phuentsholing from Paro.
- Morning Highlights:
- Paro Airport Viewpoint: Our first stop will be the Paro Airport Viewpoint, where you’ll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the airport.
- Chele-la Pass: Next, we will drive through the scenic Chele-la Pass, located 37 km from Paro at an altitude of 3,988 meters

- Tamchog Zam (Iron Bridge): We will make a stop to admire the Iron Bridge, also known as Tamchog Zam, a historic structure that spans the Paro Chhu River. The bridge is an iconic symbol of Bhutan's engineering heritage.
- Chuzom Confluence: We will also stop at Chuzom, where the Paro and Thimphu rivers converge. This spot offers a picturesque view and is perfect for capturing the beauty of Bhutan’s natural landscape

Evening: After a fulfilling day of travel and exploration, you will check-in to your hotel in Phuentsholing for an overnight stay.
DAY 7
- Today marks the last day of your unforgettable adventure in Bhutan. After a heartfelt breakfast, we will pack our bags and prepare to bid farewell to the beautiful Land of the Thunder Dragons.
- You will be transferred from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra Airport, where your journey back home will begin.

- Arrival time in Bagdogra will be around 1.30pm-2.00pm you can book any flight after 3.30pm
