Reviews
Exploring Meghalaya with this group was an absolute dream, from the historic streets of Shillong to the breathtaking canyon walls of Wari Chora. We started as total strangers, but after sharing massive spreads at local Khasi homestays and trying our hand at trekking through dense forests, we became an inseparable crew. Canoeing through Wari Chora with towering limestone walls in the background was a major highlight, made ten times better by everyone hyping each other up for photos. The itinerary balanced mountain adventures with rich cultural history perfectly. I arrived solo and left with memoriesand friendsto last a lifetime.
Meghalaya is a fascinating blend of ancient history, stunning landscapes, and unmatched hospitality, and experiencing it alongside a fun-loving group made it twice as special. From navigating local markets together to exploring the colorful villages around Sohra, every day brought a new adventure. The shared enthusiasm was infectiouswhenever someone spotted a hidden tea stall or a picturesque canyon view, the whole group was instantly on board. It was seamless, thrilling, and deeply rewarding.
From historic villages perched on cliffs to vibrant city hubs, Meghalaya exceeded every expectation. Doing it with a group took away all the hassle of language barriers and mountain transport logistics. We had so much fun tasting local dishes, sharing traditional feasts, and taking late-night strolls along peaceful village roads. The group spirit was consistently positive and encouraging, making even long transit days through the hills feel light and entertaining.
